Damaged or incorrect items
If an order arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Unopened, unused items
Unopened items in resellable condition can generally be returned within 30 days of delivery. Perishable and custom/bulk-ordered items are not eligible for return.
