What's the difference between a retail and wholesale account?
Retail accounts shop at standard pricing. Approved wholesale accounts unlock bulk pricing on qualifying products, plus higher-volume order minimums on select items.
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Sign up at /signup/wholesale with your business details. New applications are reviewed before wholesale pricing is unlocked — you can shop at retail pricing in the meantime.
What does Pro+ membership include?
Member pricing on eligible products, automatic volume discounts on larger orders, a points-and-rewards program, and a welcome store credit after your first qualifying purchase. See the membership page for full details.
How do reward points work?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on paid orders. Points can be redeemed for store credit in your account's membership page once you reach a redemption tier.
Can I track my order?
Yes — order status and tracking information is available from your account's order history.
